So I have seen this picture on the internet before, years ago probably.

But someone recently posted it to reddit pics, and I've always liked it, so I'm throwing into my blog - It's mine now!!! Ok well, I wish it was, anyway - heh.

I also found a zillow article that explains more about the pool, the guy who built it and stuff. 

The property itself may still be available for sale, but if you are interested in that, you'll have to go do your own research :P

This Blue Neon Cuckoo Bee is a Real Thing and they are assholes.

So Yes, This is not a photoshop - It's a real insect.
They call it the Blue Neon Cuckoo Bee.

Apparently these guys are asshole parasites, though.
They burrow into the den of another type of blue bee called Blue Banded Bees... pic below:

So the Cuckoo Bee lays eggs in the Sweet little Blue Banded Bee's nest when no one is looking and then when the little bastard hatches it eats all the Baby Blue Banded Bee's food. Jerks!

But they both look  pretty cool!
