This Blue Neon Cuckoo Bee is a Real Thing and they are assholes.

So Yes, This is not a photoshop - It's a real insect.
They call it the Blue Neon Cuckoo Bee.

Apparently these guys are asshole parasites, though.
They burrow into the den of another type of blue bee called Blue Banded Bees... pic below:

So the Cuckoo Bee lays eggs in the Sweet little Blue Banded Bee's nest when no one is looking and then when the little bastard hatches it eats all the Baby Blue Banded Bee's food. Jerks!

But they both look  pretty cool!
